pretty good! there's a bit too much use of recycled frames though.
plus there could be a little more in-betweening happening here and there.
and also when he gives them the stare, what would match the sound effect is maybe dark camera edges closing in, or zoom in animation going on. I don't know, its just my view.

well you're getting to anime quality. here's some tips if you want to advance that in the near-future.

usually the process is much longer than sketch, line-art, color,shade.

it can be sketch-lineart-color-shade-and then popping that biscuit to all sorts of special effects program. like add a gradient here, soft brushes, etc. not everything has to be solid in anime-style
